Do you admire the culture in your city hall? What values and beliefs are demonstrated by your team on a regular basis? Are civility, respect, and collaboration the norm? Working together can be difficult when there are opposing opinions on what needs to be done, so it is essential for city and village councils to align toward the best interests of their community. Invest time and energy with colleagues and Marilynn Semonick to discuss key attributes of effective local leaders, explore strategies to create and sustain a high-functioning leadership team, and leave with insight on how to achieve meaningful results. 12:15 pm 12:30 pm Thank you to our sponsors!
